Please be informed that Dr. Ferenc Kiss, appointed as an Independent Court Bailiffs of the XX, XXI and XXXIII District of Budapest, has been suspended from office by the  court bailiff disciplinary tribunal  and Dr. Zoltán Schmidt, bailiff of the Pest Central District Court  was appointed as his permanent deputy from 11 November 2024.

On the basis of the above, the enforcement cases handled by  Dr. Ferenc Kiss as a bailiff will in future be handled by Dr. Zoltán Schmidt, an Independent Court Bailiffs, and Dr. Zoltán Schmidt’s Office.

Please be informed that on 6 December 2024, in the transfer of enforcement cases, the bailiff Dr. Ferenc Kiss did not hand over to us the electronically recorded database and records of enforcement cases, so that the enforcement documentation is currently only available on paper, which may increase the time needed to complete the enforcement proceedings.

We would like to emphasise that we will continue to carry out our enforcement procedures in compliance with our legal obligations, but there may be some minor disruptions and delays in our usual speedy administration.

We would like to emphasise that the documents and personal data received by the bailiff Dr. Zoltán Schmidt and his Office are secure, and that the necessary technical and data security measures are being and will continue to be applied.

We have already taken the necessary steps to obtain the electronic medium containing the enforcement cases and have contacted the competent authorities and persons who can help us to resolve the case.

We therefore ask for your patience and understanding.
